Jill Ojserkis Esq.

Jill Ojserkis has been involved with the Atlantic City Police Foundation since its inception, serving as its legal counsel.

Jill is a shareholder in the Atlantic City office of the Cooper Levenson law firm where she serves on its executive management committee and chairs its Health law practice.  She is also a member of the firm’s Cannabis and Tax practice groups.  Jill has been selected to the NJ Super Lawyers list every year since 2013, has been named to the ROI: NJ Influencers list in both Healthcare and Women in Business every year since 2021, has been selected by her peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America for Heath  law in 2025,  and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell.

Long active in her community, Jill has served as the President of the Board of Education of Mainland Regional High School for over 10 years and currently serves or has previously served on a number of other Boards.  Among other honors and recognitions, Jill was inducted into the Atlantic County, New Jersey Women’s Hall of Fame in 2009 and received the Edward R. Knight Award for Community Service conferred by AtlantiCare in 2023.

Jill provides pro bono legal services to other public safety and related entities including the Atlantic City Fire/Rescue Foundation, the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Foundation, the Atlantic County Association for Chiefs of Police and the Coalition for a Safe Community.
